Students will learn real martial arts skills through fun, structured drills that build coordination, balance and confidence.
Action packed games like dodgeball, capture the flag and group challenges designed to keep kids active and engaged.
Safe introduction to basic flips, tricks and acrobatic movements that improve body control and athleticism.
Activities like sock wrestling, sword combat and Nerf battles that teach timing, strategy and teamwork.
Students will train alongside our Junior Instructors and Leadership Team, learning teamwork, respect and discipline.
A supportive environment where kids make new friends, build confidence and develop resilience.
